Pertaining to the hotel at 61st and Mingo area in Tulsa Oklahoma
On our 4th to 5th day at this hotel and our stay ending we decided we would need to stay one more night .
So the morning of the cotrastivy at 7am we got on super.com to reserve another night.
After reserving, payment processed, itenetary received we went back to sleep .
Approximately 10am we received a call from receptionist asking if we were staying another night. We advised them yes we booked another night on line via super.com
About 1130 I left to do some work and
All was quiet until...
Aprox 230pm the hotel manager/owner (male/Iranian decent) begins banging on the door while my fiance was in shower .
She exits shower approaches door and
tells him to hold on she's not dressed.
His reply was that he didn't care and to open the door now .
Next she hears the door begin to be unlocked and puts the latch on it .
He begin demanding her to open door now and started pushing on the door forcibly.
Lucky the latch was on and she was in a towel .
He persisted to yell at her demanding her to open door even though she wasn't dressed and now added that we must leave hotel and get out .
(check cameras if ya don't believe)
At this point remind you , we've paid for the room for the day and night, she's in a towel and our two kids were sleeping who was woke up by this man and we're scared and crying now.
Needless to say she did not open the door
Advised him that we paid for the room and she will get dressed and come down stairs and discuss . He told her if not there in x amount of time he was calling cops .
Keep in mind we had nothing packed and was sleeping until I left to work and then kids were still sleeping and fiance was showering. Sound like people that haven't paid or was trying to stay without paying?
So she gets herself and kids ready and goes to front office to discuss .
She first address his rude and aggressive manner and attempt to enter room in the manner he did .
Advised him that we paid for the room, gave him the time and attempted to show him the on line receipt of payment , he refused to look at it .
She advised him that I was not there at the time but would call me and he would need to talk to me. Then he refused to let her and the kids back into the room .
****He then tells her , ok he's sees the payment on line but needs the deposit ???
What ! She continues to tell him we've already paid 130$ in deposits why another ? He didn't provide an answer and stated pay it or get out . (We have proof where the payments were released 14 days after this event happened )
Nonetheless she offered to give him 100$ cash to cover the deposit (although they had 130$ on hold) just to get her and kids back in room ... HE REFUSED IT .
She called me explained what was going on and was beyond upset and rattled due to the upstairs incident and now even moreso because of the way being spoken to and locked out of the room with two kids after we've paid at 730am that day already.
She then hands phone to him for me to speak with where immediately he's aggressive, telling me we must get out now or pay .
Several times I ask him to please listen I understand he wants payment but he needs to hear the fact that we've paid for the room and have receipt . He says he don't care and ask me why we would pay someone else that they don't do business with .
Obviously he was stiring something up for a reason if he
A. Couldn't look at our receipt of payment
B. Wouldn't approach the situation respectfully after us already being there 4-5 days with no issue . He approached us like we stole his mashed potatoes at dinner or something
Continuing now on the call I advised him I was an hour or little under but would come up there and talk to him and provide proof.
He gave me 1 hour to arrive or calling cops .
NOW IN THAT TIME , HE KEPT THE ROOM LOCKED AND MY FIANCE AND KIDS SITTING DOWNSTAIRS where it was cold due to the weather outside that day .
So 45-55 min later I arrive at hotel and
After attempting to discuss, communicate and positively tell this man we've paid , and trying to get an answer from him why another deposit is needed ... he says
"you know what, I'm done . Get out "
What a nightmare , disrespectful , hateful, self centered, no customer service skills, disrespectful to women and no concern of the fear he caused my fiance and kids with his aggressive , thug acting , hateful way of handling customers who had paid, had proof, was willing to resolve any item needed for both parties .
So we,you even if it's not your f head to the room where he follows . Opening the room and leans back against the wall and tells us pack stuff and get out.
Whole packing I'm explaining to him his error in this and that it didn't need to be handled in this manner both for his business purposes and the customers that are infact honest and keep their facility clean and don't cause issues .
I had my fiance and kids get car and pull to side door closest to our room , got his permission to use that door to travel back and forth downstairs to car and upstairs to room hauling our luggage and items back and forth .
He stood in hallway against wall beneath cameras on his phone .
In the taking stuff to car process I ask him about the refund for our stay today and tonight . He said we will discuss downstairs where their are cameras. I thought to myself what does that mean ? Do they not work upstairs .
Regardless I get us packed and pull car around front and go in to discuss refund and get receipt of payment for prior days from him and release of deposits paid already .
He provided only one recipe and told me I wasn't getting my money back for today and tonight's stay. Needless to say at this point words were exchanged , he at one point told me I was going to get hurt if we didn't leave.
I politely told him to bring his *** outside and let's do this and begin walking outside and he shut the sliding doors on me midway through where I pushed them back off me and open . Turned and looked at him and told him what I thought of him then turned and got in my vehicle and left to look for another hotel while 130$ in deposits were still on hold and now current money spent for todays stay was not getting refunded .
I'm completely and utterly shocked, sad for fiance and kids that they were treated that way, pissed about the way we were spoken to and kicked out for no wrong doing .
This man /who identified himself as the hotel GM is wicked, has a temper, disrespected my fiance, scared my kids and even slightly threatened me.
Although hes the owner I'm assuming there is still a line he must follow and conduct himself as a representative of best western.
I'm also sure that if cameras on floor 2 on the east end of hallway room 202 on 10/29/23 was reviewed , you'd clearly see his aggressive, bullish , and disrespectful manner towards my fiance and kids.
As an owner of a company , knowing that someone handled people like in general , even moreso disrespected a woman and scared children in this manner after they've paid and had proof and was willing to resolve anything unknown at the time would make me just pissed and sick to my stomach . He Definetly would be fired and out on his *** for his actions
I hope that best western isn't too big to just let this matter go unresolved, and can bet we're not the 1st or last to experience Ito :

Double billed me I had to call several times, they said management of location would be reaching out to fix the issue. 3 weeks later nobody had reached out or reimbursed us.
I called the hotel directly again, talked to the GM, she acted like she already knew and reimbursed me. Seemed shady they didn't do it on their own yet knew of the issue. So I called customer service, and kindly asked if it was possible to get a gift card for all this trouble? he laughed and said "we wouldn't possibly give you a gift card, you can due if you want" who said anything about suing?
What an odd thing to say to someone who is asking a simple question. I was a fan in the past but we will avoid them at all costs now.

I would like to thank BW for ruining what was supposed to be a long racing/vacation weekend. When we arrived at the hotel my husband checked in was told there were 2 identical reservations.
The hotel clerk couldnt/wouldnt cancel one of them because it was after the two day window. I had to call corporate (and look the number up myself) 30 minutes later one of the reservations did get cancelled. However, while waiting to get those taken care of, I noticed in a second story window a BULLET HOLE. When I told corporate, her reply was well is it the window to your room I told her it didnt matter, I DID NOT feel safe staying there.
I let here know we would talk to the person at the desk and call back if problems. My husband went in, got the woman at the desk who told us the BULLET HOLE was a crack. (BS) my husband stopped 3 older gentleman on there to check in (they were coach bus drivers) and they confirmed it was a BULLET HOLE. At this point, I got corporate back on the phone, and all she could do was make a ticket and call the hotel.
She got back on the phone with me and told me the the woman at the front desk was busy. BUT out came that same woman to have a seat out front and light up a smoke. I told the lady from corporate we were going to grab some food and come back. We came back after picking up my son from the race track.
He also didnt feel safe after looking at the surroundings and the BULLET HOLE.
My son and husband cancelled their obligations at the Fairgrounds Speedway and we turned right back around and head back to Northern Illinois in less than 24 hours. BW corporate nor the hotel in Antioch would refund us. The woman at the front desk was rude and insulted our intelligence by trying to say a perfectly round hole through a hotel window was a SCRATCH and instead of working through the issue with corporate, decided a smoke was more important. When I talked to Corporate a 4th time, all they can do as as notes to the previous ticket.
So much for customer service. At least I feel safe know that we did not stay there.

Good day, I'm Kelsey Staszewski. My partner, Kevin Anderson My Daughter, Ky'Lee Staszewski I was homeless with my two dogs.
Kevin was given a position at the Sure Stay motel, and we had lodging in return for him being their 24/7 maintenance Man. I receive my mail there, my daughter rides the bus from the Sure Stay, where we have stayed for almost five months. It is my only address, and he was recently put in jail. I proposed taking over his work and cleaning rooms, but they declined.
I was then arrested for criminal trespass, which left my daughter and dogs homeless, without any belongings, and with no money. In addition, they declined to give me Kevin's belongings, even though I have a taped audio recording of him in agreement. I am really so lost that I'm going to fail my college courses.
When there are so many other things I need to do to get my daughter and I secure and stable, the worry and annoyance are taking over me. We would appreciate your assistance if you can, or if you know of anyone who can.

I'm a VIP PLATINUM MEMBER with Priceline.com September 11,2023- Sept 17,2023 reservation through Priceline.com check in at front desk clerk went great . I was given Room# 108.
On September 17,2023 before my check out date i reserved 2 more days through Priceline.com at same hotel.
Paid in advance of course walked out of Room # 108 where I was already at went up to front desk to check in for my 2 day reservation clerk said there was no reservation on file with Priceline.com, so I had to pay for the 2 day with my American Express card, when checking my bank account I noticed Priceline.com had already pulled the money for those 2 days I had previously reservation with them. Spoke numerous times with Priceline.com agents & Best Western Village Inn front desk manager but Noone seems to acknowledge that I'm owed a refund, either by the hotebe aware of transactions done by front desk clerksl or Priceline.com???

Cockroach problem at the Best Western Cypress Creek Hotel in Biloxi.
In our three night stay at the cypress creek on the last night of our stay when I went to use the bathroom during the night I saw a cockroach next to the tub and it ran to the corner of the tub and the wall .When we checked out the next morning I did not say anything to the clerk because other people were around the desk and I did not want to hurt there business. After returning home from our trip I called and told the clerk on duty about the situation.
I told her that I would call back when the lady manager would be there so as to make sure the problem would be taken care of before it would get worse, which I did the next day and spoke with Clara Mora the general manager. She sent me a email on Feb 26 and told me she assured me that there in my room or any other area of the hotel. I am 78 years old and I know what I killed was a cockroach.
I tried to help them correct a problem and instead was treated this way which is not acceptable. Thank you for your attention.

Rude and unfair treatment
i have already written to the corporate office about the rudeness and unfair treatment that was given to me in december of 2023 after the check out inspection of my room i was told that i had a towel and blanket missing so remembered they were right i said id bring it to them but i had to go to work for 4 hours and i return them both and i did at that time of return ing both items was told of a list of things id taken and broke in the room by a liar of a clerk there named JACkie who did inspect the room with me present and had nothing to say and now saying im going to loose almost all of my deposit of $100 which was b.s. and wrongful doing lying straight lying so i wrote customer service and corporate office theres more to it another clerk lied and told me she looked in lost and found for my things i forgot in room and then days later because id been told i had to deal with the liar jackie in this issue

I chose BW for my trip to Brighton Colorado as my family has used BW for over 60 years. But after my most recent stay this will no longer be the case.
My stay was 10/12/2 through 10/16/23.
It started out bad and went down hill fast.
Upon arriving in Brighton after a 13.5 hour drive, I was not prepared for the $30.00 a night fee for my dachshund. This is not on the the site that I made my reservations on. Unacceptable! I went to my extremely clean room.
I unpacked and sat for a bit. I then used the restroom to see it was not ADA as I had requested, But I was to tired to pack and move to another room. Thankfully I did not have an incident getting in and out of the shower.
The first morning at 0415, I went down to take my doxie to the restroom. Where to my disbelief were 2 homeless people, 1 sleeping in the entry way and 1 outside.
As I have mobility issues, this was quite disturbing. The desk area was dark and no one responded to my request for assistance. Thankfully nothing negative happened but this is putting your PAYING guests in danger.
If this is a smoke free facility why do I have to wall through a wall of smoke while your employees are smoking outside the entry door. SERIOUSLY
The dust ruffle on the bed is not placed correctly and several inches hang on the floor causing my slipper to get hung up and I fell.
Again, luck was with me and no injuries were caused.
The breakfast bar was full of previously frozen ""something"! But the green chili was wonderful.
I had addressed several issues with the staff while there but no one seemed to care. Very sad in deed.
I also filed a written report several weeks ago with zero response. Considering the expense of the room I have no desire to share with the less fortunate.
I feel my long relationship with BW may be over.
