Issue with hotel stay
I am staying in the Best Western Plus in Madison Alabama I have had issues with the room being not clean also issues with housekeeping staff knocking on my door three times this afternoon waking me up telling me that I am not a stay over when this is my second night here also there is no do not disturb signs in the room to put on my door and there was some kids out back in the back parking lot where my room is located and they were playing loud music and playing soccer I mentioned this to the hotel staff and they did not seem very concerned about my issues so I told them I was going to get corporate or somebody to accommodate me for my unpleasant stay I have stayed here many many times before and this is my first time ever having issues
Rude and unfair treatment

So disappointed in the motel staff in office of sure stay plus motel oakwood ave hesperia ca
thetre telling me i forfeited my $!00 deposit but jackie rude clerk there straight lied about me paying late breaking things srealing their cheap *** plastic ice bucket and *** up trays i used to carry out tamales and fruit didnt know i was stealing because id not ever been to a motel that accuses someone for those items there are somethings in motel that are expected to be taken just but ok so i brought them back but my point here is this when i was checking out jackie and myself went to the room id stayed in for 10 days so jackie could inspect it which she did not to mention i kept up the cleaning in room too she didnt mention any of those things except for a blanket and a small towel which i returned too but when i left i told her id be back with blanket wed used to wrap my grandson in as he fell asleep one night he came to visit as far as ,me paying late she said i went into office every 2 days and paid late a lie i always paid online did all my reservations online for the rewards she doesnt ever call me back being ive been there 3 times and have called a few times being told to take the issue up with jackie and then being told i forfeited my deposit not by jackie *** no she never returns a call to set up a time n day to handle issue because she knows shes lying and hoping ill just forget about it ive had a problem going to corporate office but im getting my issue to them tonight and hopefully theyre not as dirty as jackie the liar martie rodriguez
- I stayed at sure stay plus in hesperia ca location wont clear
- Rudeness and poor housekeeping so i cleaned my own room
- Chase you for an apple you get at same breakfast everyday
Preferred solution: my $!)) deposit back fausely accused and can be proven lied upon by jackie clerk in office at surestay plus in hesperia ca
User's recommendation: dont waste your time in a motel that is ran by liars
They put me on do not stay list when ive stayed in other states at best western and no issue

I filled out a customer care form on November 10, 2023 to complain about a service we never received but got charged for. I have not heard anything back from anybody.
The manager at the Best Western Hotel in the city of Lakewood, in the State of Washington, stated he needed to "investigate." That has been since November 9, 2023 and I have not heard from this manager. I loss $500 because of his clerk's error. My wife Jutta paid with a credit card and contacted our credit card company.
My credit card company is filing a "Dispute?" Is this how Best Western treat their customers - just ignoring them?

I worked in the Dunkirk best western hotel . I was hired for 2 shift (fri-sat 2-10pm) he ends up switching me from that shift to 4 day shifts (Sunday-Wednesday) 5am -2pm .
During that time he wanted me to train overnight shifts during these busy weeks while I still held another part
Time job he knew about. Yes I was supposed to end up leaving that other job to fully commit too BWH. Well he also told me to let him know if this wouldn't work out for me . I did tell him that more then once it was not working out for me the (2 overnight shifts)Also during all this did about a month and a half I was being bullied and harassed by another 2 coworkers.
. I told him this as well . Two weeks ago we finally talk face to face about all this he didn't have much to say that helped at all or fixed my schedule.Instead 3 hours later at night I get a text saying he's taking me off schedule due too all the tension from those 2 coworkers I mentioned. He said he would let me know when he figures something out beyond day to day.
To me this was nasty and sounds like retaliation.
I should have been able to go back to work almost immediately. And I'm very disgusted in this "management gone wrong ".
Preferred solution: Understanding what stress this has caused me .
User's recommendation: Do anything but work for them. It's okay to stay and sleep but don't try working there .
Customer service ( poor , disrespectful anc I felt that the lady did not like my kind ) !

User's recommendation: When you tell somabout the hotels, you should let them know what the area is. Then it would not in a good area and have a poor raving. I did not look it up. It was one that was suggested tonight name. One that was suggested to me

I have been in travel for 40 years, and I have never been treated worse than by the Group Sales Manager, Jared G. I have booked groups annually at BW.
I have been trying to book a group of 56 students and escorts since September 19, and I have left several messages. No response. We can't quote prices without booking information. I finally got ahold of Jared.
He was as rude as any business person I have ever spoken to.
He loudly and aggressively talked over me, failed to acknowledge my messages, said he only deals by email, and hung up on me. I have made Best Western aware of this horrible treatment.
I stayed at Best Western and these people don’t know or understand the ADA laws for service Animals!!!!
Best Western does not accommodate for service dogs!!! When I stayed at BW they state their policy only allows animals on the first floor.However on two or three different stays they put me in rooms 222 & 303 because they stated that was all they had available.Total BS and I never brought my service dog in the small break room where breakfast was served.On one occasion after breakfast was finished I brought my dog in only to grab a yogurt and leave and was confronted by female employee who raised her voice and stated my dog could not be in the room serving food unless my service dog was to help me see or walk!!!
I am a Veteran with PTSD !!! This employee was way out of line and obviously doesnt know or understand anything about service animals.These people dont know the ADA laws concerning service animals.I called BW customer relations and they took my complaint but stated that it is policy to only allow dogs on the first floor.When a person has a service dog the dog goes where the owner goes,emergency rooms,restaurants,etc.Best Western needs to follow the ADA laws.As a Veteran who needs my service dog Im sick and tired of being harassed and people dont understand or seem to care.I will continue each month to post this review because BW only confirmed that policy says the dog has to stay on first floor.I advise any Veterans who have a service dog dont stay at Best Western they will accommodate you and refuse to follow the ADA laws.
