I booked a room at Best Western Ocean Breeze Inn in Hilton Head Island on 9/15 through priceline. Find a bug over the sheets and the night clerk April post it to the notebook in the book.
She over to move us to another room but I was disgusted by having a bug in the bed. I was told by her i was able to get a refund. I called priceline who would issue a refund if the manager Corinna Brown would agreed to it. I think it would be a easy fix since I have a bug in the bed and i did not stay there.
The manager would not agreed to a refund even if priceline agreed to it. I have been going back and forth with Best Western customer service to get a refund for a room I did not sleep in because of bed bug.
